Yavapai County AZ Appraiser

The region has real estate activity from first time home buyers, second homes, vacation homes, and retirement communities.  Yavapai County has been noted in several national magazines as a prime retirement location.
What ever your reasons to purchase a home, vacant lot or manufactured home, you may need an appraisal. Due to foreclosures in the area, it may be hard to know what to list your property and a pre-listing appraisal may be wise if you want to sell the property in a reasonable time frame.  I can also assist with estate appraisals.  Please send me an email if you have any appraisal questions at lawsonappraisal@gmail.com
